Job Description
Foundations for Leading is a development program designed to provide participants the opportunity to explore the concept of leadership at CVS Health and to develop and improve their leadership skills. The program is delivered over a 5-6 month time period. It includes 4 one-day workshops, experiential exercises, as well as pre and post work for each session.

Participants complete the program while in their currently position/role. This course is offered on a first come, first serve basis if all of the required qualifications have been met. You will be contacted concerning your application as to your acceptance into the program. Please notify your direct supervisor to express your interest and have all necessary documents to support required qualification criteria.

Kickoff: March 12, 2021
Session 1: April 13, 2021
Session 2: May 20, 2021
Session 3: June 23, 2021

Required Qualifications
o 6+ months experience in Store Manager or Pharmacy Manager role with CVS Health or equivalent retail leadership experience
o Currently employed in the role and all required training completed
o Meets Expectations/Successful Performance or higher on previous years performance review if employed by CVS for 1+ years
o Average or above level assessment on leadership competencies
o Not currently on a level three warning or an IAP within a year

Preferred Qualifications
Associates degree or higher preferred

Education
o Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
