Assist in or supervise the fulfillment of the Company's internal and external financial reporting obligations, internal control objectives and financial system design and operation. Prepare more complex accounting entries. Provide accurate and timely financial analysis during monthly close process, budget/forecast cycles and on an ad-hoc basis. Coordinate several projects and cross-enterprise initiatives often involving multi-disciplinary teams and high visibility. Prepare executive level internal financial reporting across Healthcare Benefits business. Prepare more complex account reconciliations. Review journal entries and account reconciliations prepared by others. Oversee the proper usage of the chart of accounts. Coordinate accounting matters with other departments and locations. Coordinate budgets and forecasts for multiple cost centers.
Required Qualifications
3 or more years relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills. Experience with Hyperion Essbase (Oracle) and S/4HANA (SAP) a plus.
Education
Bachelor's Degree Required; CPA preferred
