About this Position:
Albion Staffing Solutions is in need of a Freight Forwarding Customer Service Clerk to work at a company located in the Doral, FL area.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Process and manage import and/or export shipments from A to Z.
• Determining customer needs and providing customized service based on those need
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers as well as vendors.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Work well in a team environment and assist other co-workers when needed.
• Prepare documentation, Tracing and POD Confirmation
• Coordinate all freight flow, clearance and delivery of import freight
• Arrange booking, trucking for export shipments

Skills:

• 2+ years of Freight Forwarding experience
• Proficiency in using computers
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Problem solving skills
• Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish)

Workplace Location:
Applicants will work in the customer's facilities in Doral, FL.
