Front Desk Supervisor

Do you have proven experience on a front desk team at a luxury property and are looking for growth in your career? We are in search of a Front Desk Supervisor to lead, develop, and support our team members, and act as a manager on duty when senior management is not available. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, can handle guest & employee interactions with tact and diplomacy, and maintains respectful professionalism with both guests and coworkers.

Duties Include, but not limited to:

• Training and coaching staff on an on-going basis to ensure performance is consistent with Lion and East West Resort standards.
• Answers inquiries pertaining to company services, shopping, dining, entertainment, and transportation.
• Respond to, investigate, and resolve guest/owner concerns and complaints. Maintain high standards of quality and guest/owner satisfaction.

Location: The Lion, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO

Employment Status: Full Time Year Round

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $25 / hour + commissions!

Schedule: Four 10 hour shifts with three days off during the summer season; 5 8 hour shifts during winter season

• Minimum 1 year of front desk, guest service, or other customer service experience required, ideally at a high-end hotel or resort property.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus, but not required
• Eagerness to learn, respectful demeanor and a positive attitude are more important than years of experience.
