Front Desk Supervisor

Solaris Residences is looking for a passionate Front Desk Supervisor. If you have excellent leadership skills and are reliable, we would love to meet you!

Duties Include:

• Act as Manager-on-Duty when executive team is not available
• Train and develop the front desk team, coaching reservations calls, monitoring daily tasks and the shared front desk inbox
• Work closely with management as support, while leading by example

Location: Solaris Residences - Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $23 / hour

Schedule: Mostly morning support, yet may be a variety of shifts at times

• Must be a current East West Hospitality employee
• Self-motivated team player
• Customer service experience in a luxury setting
• Ability to lead and take on new tasks
• Maintaining strong inner and outer departmental communication
