Job Summary:

Performs special trade and general maintenance functions in all Medical Center locations. Supports the Medical Center mission and vision as well as hospital and department policies and procedures governing their work activity.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Post High school training in a trade or technology preferred
• Valid drivers license
• Background clearance as requires by state and federal guidelines
• At least two (2) year in general plant operations/maintenance with a preference in the healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
• Repairs and installs hospital building equipment, furniture etc.
• Assembles various types of hospital equipment, furniture etc.
• Performs snow removal and grounds keeping.
• Practices all workplace safety requirements
• Maintains the safety of the environment.
• All other duties as assigned.
