Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Supervises shift ensuring cashiers and baristas are following policy and procedures.
- Assists with personnel actions such as hiring; promotions; transfers; discharges; disciplinary measures; performance evaluations; and training of new and current employees.
- Assists in maintaining inventory pars for both Gift Shop & Perks.
- Assists in executing month end inventory. Researching and resolves any inventory variances.
- Fills in for Cashier and or Baristas when needed.
- Ensures personnel maintain proper customer/employee relations and handles any customer complaints.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must possess excellent management skills.
- Two years retail management experience preferred.
- Must be available to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and Holidays.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures used in Retail Services required.
- Must have POS experience.
- Must be able to complete Nestle (Starbucks)Training Modules
- Must be able to obtain New Mexico liquor server license & Food Handlers Certificate.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key gaming license.
- A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required. If a smartphone is not provided by the company, a candidate or employee may be provided a smartphone of the companys choice, through a payroll deduction program.
- All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text.
