GIS Technician

Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a GIS Technician for a multi-year contract in AZ. Work can be done remotely but person must CURRENTLY reside in Arizona. Pay is $35 - $39/hr.

Candidate will be responsible for editing and maintaining several GIS layers using ArcGIS Desktop or Pro. Will also be conducting data and mapping research to ensure data accuracy. Candidate must have experience editing GIS data using ArcGIS, have the ability to read and comprehend legal property descriptions and convert this information into GIS using coordinate geometry (cogo).  Must also have experience creating and modifying data in geodatabases. Candidate must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
