KEY PURPOSE:

The Go To Team Coordinator serves as the eyes and ears of assigned floors/buildings at the site to bring experience to life, enabling a holistic perspective of the whole workday through strong engagement. They are the primary point of contact for colleagues and guests, acting as the "face" of our client. Reporting to the General Manager onsite and Americas Workplace Experience Director, the Go To Team Coordinator is responsible for delivering the unexpected, making each encounter fun, exciting and personal. They are an ambassador for brand principles, culture and values; someone who embraces an ethos of outstanding service and keeps it at the heart of everything they do. The Go To Team Coordinator will also lead the Go To Team (3 members). Key Responsibilities

Hospitality

  • Develop relationships with site leadership and colleagues to proactively gather information on their needs to identify ISS/client services that ensure total satisfaction.
  • Coordinate service items, and dcor items for activations on a timely basis to include breakdown and storage of items.
  • Always ensure a gracious arrival and journey experience for all colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Recommend best practices to your General Manager and Americas Workplace Experience Director related to colleague experience, hospitality, operations, and events.
  • Capture guests & colleagues individual preferences for future visits and think creatively of ways to accommodate any special requests.
  • Utilize technology to assist in room bookings, reserving amenities and anticipating the needs of guests, supporting a smooth arrival, departure and experience throughout the day
  • Proactively communicate with the Experience teams and assist other service groups to ensure a one team ethos.
  • Partner with ERGs and peers from other campuses on initiatives designed to develop connections between colleagues, sister sites, and event support.
  • Ensure high colleague participation in all curated experiences.


Operations

  • Assist Americas Workplace Experience Director with preparation of reports for site
  • Conduct daily quality control walkthroughs to address immediate issues, pre-empt potential future issues and identify areas for improvement when required
  • Assists team with the creation implementation of all events and activations on site
  • Management of the daily service delivery of the Curated Experience vendors/activations
  • Conduct periodic review and revision of base building documents for your respective site
  • Support the General Manager in making strategic decisions regarding the operational and process optimization for the best colleague experience.
  • Facilitating tours of the entire campus while stating facts and having a positive demeanor. Tours will be given to new employees and visitors.
  • Support & implement the Workplace Experience calendar of events including managing vendor set up for activations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail logistics.
  • Learn internal tracking systems used to log interactions, review data, and use information for reports
  • Manage front of house and colleague journey touchpoints including site amenities such as gaming lounge and wellness room.
  • Manage site mail service

Qualifications Required

  • Minimum 3-5 years customer services experience in dealing with Blue Chip/ High Touch clients
  • High School or College Degree
  • Proven track record of providing stellar support to customers
  • Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment
  • High Proficiency of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point applications, knowledge in property management / Condeco systems a plus
  • Excellent telephone skills and verbal communication

Physical Demand & Work Environment

  • Work is performed in an office setting
  • Sitting at a computer for 30% of the time
  • Walking/inspecting/engaging with colleagues/hosting activations the site 70% of the time
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
