We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Home Manager to join our team. As a Group Home Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, while also supervising a team of caring professionals.

Requirements: ✅ Must be 21 years or older ✅ Minimum high school diploma ✅ Qualify as a driver for the company (valid driver's license required) ✅ Complete all required training (provided by the company) ✅ Pass background checks ✅Good physical stamina and the ability to safely stand, pivot, and move up to 40 pounds in order to transfer people are required ✅Basic computer proficiency ✅Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with staff members and the individuals we support ✅Strong organizational abilities

Responsibilities: Supervise a team of staff; Provide direct care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs); Oversee day-to-day operations of the group home; Maintain accurate records and documentation; Collaborate with other team members and healthcare professionals
