We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Group Home Manager to join our team. As a Group Home Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, while also supervising a team of caring professionals.
Requirements:
· Must be 21 years or older
· Minimum high school diploma
· Qualify as a driver for the company (valid driver's license required)
· Complete all required training (provided by the company)
· Pass background checks
· Good physical stamina and the ability to safely stand, pivot, and move up to 40 pounds in order to transfer people are required
· Basic computer proficiency
· Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with staff members and the individuals we support
· Strong organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
· Supervise a team of staff
· Provide direct care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
· Oversee day-to-day operations of the group home
· Maintain accurate records and documentation
· Collaborate with other team members and professionals
