Nestled in the heart of Beaver Creek, Highlands Lodge isnt just a place to work-it's an experience! Were seeking an organized and dynamic Guest Service Agent who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. What Youll Be Doing:

• Create unforgettable first impressions: Welcome guests with warmth, respect, and a smile while assisting with luggage and check-in/check-out.
• Deliver excellence, one task at a time: From delivering firewood to transporting items to rooms, youll ensure everything is perfect for our guests stay.
• Maintain a pristine environment: Keep the Front Desk and shared spaces sparkling clean to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Go the extra mile: Conduct pre-arrival checks to make sure everything in guest accommodations is running smoothly.
• Be the ultimate guide: Escort guests around the property, show them the amenities, and organize mail while providing top-tier customer service.

Employment Status: Part-Time Seasonal

Pay Rate: $20-22/hour + any tips received for assistance with guest luggage

Schedule: Operational hours are 7AM to 9PM, typical shifts are 8 hours. Flexibility is essential.

We are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills and familiarity with the property and its vicinity, as well as an understanding of internal policies and procedures. The ability to assist with luggage and firewood, along with a general knowledge of hospitality, is advantageous. Effective time management is essential for providing prompt responses to guests, and strong communication skills are required. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, complemented by a friendly demeanor. A background in hospitality, expertise in guest services, relevant degrees, and experience in customer service will enhance your application.
