What You Will Be Doing

Reporting to the Director of Special Events Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Anticipate guests needs to create memorable experiences
• Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
• Display precise knowledge of all event activities and experience inclusions
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Ensure Five Diamond representation of the resort
• Assist guests with a directional in an informative and helpful way
• Other duties as assigned
