Responsibilities:

• This position is the front line ambassador to Pabst Theater Group
• Create a premier experience for guests at our venues
• Greet guests as they enter and leave the event
• Support guests with wayfinding through the facility
• Ensure a family-friendly environment in all areas of the theater
• Provide a safe and secure environment for guests, performers and theater officials
• Report issues to your supervisor as you observe them

Basic Qualifications:

• Consent to background check and drug screen
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong, clear communication skills
• You currently possess or are willing to obtain a security license
• Team player, quick thinker with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
• Ability to stand for extended periods, sometimes throughout an entire event (notify us of reasonable accommodations) and you are comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
