Best Western Harbour Pointe Lakefront, TripAvisor.com's #1 rated hotel, is looking to expand its full time, seasonal guest services team for the upcoming 2021 season. Our season begins each year at the beginning of May and concludes the end of October.

The right candidate will have a desire to assist guests with their every vacation need, recommending where to eat, what attractions to visit and assisting guests with questions about the entire Straits of Mackinac area. • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate with public, hotel staff, and management in a professional manner.
• Ability to understand and adhere to proper credit and cash handling policies and procedures. Able to properly secure guest information.
• Ability to learn safety, emergency, and accident prevention policies and procedures.
• Skilled in the use of Windows computer operating system.
• Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
