| JOB QUALIFICATIONS: |
Coaching Certification within 1 year -Must have at least 3 years of previous varsity head coaching experience and/or college/professional coaching and/or playing experience (preferred experience within a successful and winning program, that produced quality student athletes to the next level. -Must have current coaching certificate. -Eagle Nation is looking for a dynamic leader who has experience in building community, establishing positive relationships with student, staff and parents, while developing character, hard work, grit and integrity within our entire program. _Eagle coaches do participate in our 3 Dimensional Coaching program. -Candidates will need to submit a resume, letters of reference, practice plans, definition of their leadership style, a code of conduct for student athletes, parents and coaching staff.
