We will be practicing Covid-19 protocol and ask that everyone were a mask. This will also be a by appointment only event and we will not be able to accept walk ins.

As a Lincoln Military Housing Call Center Representative you will be responsible for providing customer service and assistance to the residents of Lincoln Military Housing by addressing their needs and concerns and responding efficiently and accurately. You will also provide administrative support to the district offices nationwide.

We are looking for candidates who have a minimum 2 years customer service or call center experience and can work weekends (with some shifts beginning at 12 pm or 3 pm). The ideal candidate will have good oral and written communication. We are looking for candidates that have a friendly positive attitude and the desire to provide outstanding service to our military families. Our starting hourly rate is $16.00, however could go higher based on experience.
