The part time Nutrition Support Dietitian will work three days between Mon - Fri.
You will work with patients in the Eastern and Central
Time Zones.
Responsible for the safe application and documentation of customized nutrition support therapies (parenteral or TPN and tube feeding) per Companys policies and procedures, per current accepted standards of nutrition practice, and in accordance with the physicians treatment plan. May also review clinical documentation to determine qualification per Medicare standards. Interfaces with internal and external customers as required, supporting smooth transition onto Coram/CVS service and on-going customer satisfaction. As a subject matter expert, supports non-clinical and clinical RD mentoring, operational and clinical report development/analysis, program projects and scheduling as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager-Dietitian Nutrition Support
Required Qualifications
1-3 years Nutrition support experience
1-3 years Customer Service experience
Ability to problem solve, Collaborate
State licensure in the state the Registered Dietitian resides; other state licensure as requested to align with patient care
Preferred Qualifications
1.Payor experience
2.EMR experience
3.Conflict resolution
Education
Bachelor Degree-Nutrition, Dietetics or related field Other License(s): State licensure in the state the Registered Dietitian resides; other state licensure as requested to align with patient care
