Hospitality Concierge, Senior Services

The Hospitality Concierge is responsible for greeting incoming residents, families and visitors, answering questions. Offers directions and/or assistance to various areas of the facility, collects drop off payments for services, and assists vendors. Performs other various office and clerical tasks as assigned while providing exceptional care and service to residents, guests and fellow employees at all times.
