JOB SUMMARY
Performs a wide variety of housekeeping duties throughout the network. Duties to include all aspects of cleaning in an efficient manner using proper equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS
- Always performs housekeeping duties without delay in a respectful and courteous manner.
- Understands and recognizes the importance of identifying and labeling chemicals with MSDS labels.
- Properly handles biohazards with safety in mind and removes in a timely manner.
- Being respectful, courteous and always considerate of patients when cleaning and operating equipment in and around patient rooms.
- Be knowledgeable and clearly understand the importance of what is to be done in isolation rooms.
- High school diploma preferred.
- One year housekeeping duties or equivalent preferred.
- Able to do moderate lifting, pushing, pulling, and ladder
- 2nd Shift (4:00pm - 12:30am)
