Housekeeping Assistant Manager

We are looking for a Housekeeping Assistant Manager. The Housekeeping Assistant Manager will assist in managing daily housekeeping activities.

Duties Include:

• Payroll
• Manage progressive discipline
• Interview, hiring, termination
• Administrative Duties
• Daily operations/Room Management
• Support housekeeping team to reach common goals
• Anticipate and address owner and guest services needs
• Ensure housekeeping coordination with other SML departments
• Building Inspections
• Participate in Safety committee meetings and initiatives and report to Director of Housekeeping
• Inventory Control
• Other duties as assigned

Location: Snowmass Mountain Lodging - Snowmass, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $22 / hour

Schedule: Flexible schedule, some nights, weekends and holidays required

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
