The position of Housekeeping Director will oversee the operation and management of the housekeeping and laundry departments to ensure maximum profitability and service quality. Will distribute the daily workload to the housekeeping department, conduct training and motivation of housekeeping team members, assist with detailed room inspections, scheduling, maintaining inventories, etc.

Requires ability to lift up to 35 lbs, climb stairs, and perform tasks with repetitious movements on a daily basis. Requires ability to communicate verbally in a clear manner.
