Job Description
The HR Compliance Coordinator Temp is responsible for supporting our centralized HR Compliance processes to ensure Bloomin Brands (BBI) remains compliant for all Federal, State and Local laws. This role will collaborate with various internal departments and vendors to ensure processes and systems are implemented and executed successfully.

* In office with possibility of Hybrid
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
* Responsible for administration of the I9 and E-Verify processes, monitoring compliance, providing updated metrics to HR Shared Services leadership, and collaborating with vendors and internal business partners on exceptions and critical issues.
* Audit and validate data through research of systems and documentation.
* Manage reporting and audits of assigned I9-related compliance work.
* Responsible for follow-up communication and actions to ensure compliance.
* Collaboration with Compliance/Legal teams on any related audits.
* Responsible for identifying and tracking trends and bringing to leaderships attention for appropriate action.
* Work closely with the HR Shared Services leadership, HRGs, and Legal teams on assigned compliance initiatives and changes.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
* 2-5 years of experience working in Human Resource or Legal departments
* I-9 compliance experience
* HR certification desirable
Skills/Abilities
* Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and compliance requirements.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Experience working with HR systems.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with internal business partners and external vendors.
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
* Must maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Detailed-oriented, with strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
