Arizona's Children Association has an opportunity in our Human Resources Department for the right candidate to join our HR team as a HR Recruiter, who will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities within the agency.

Essential Job Function:

Works with the CHRO and HR Director to identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

Partners with the HR Director and other HR staff to develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process, including recruitment advertising priorities.

Works closely with the agency executive staff, directors and other supervisors regarding employment offers; collaborating with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending start dates and other pertinent details.

Coordinates with the HR onboarding specialist to complete all onboarding requirements with new AzCA team members and ensures the receipt of all required documents from potential new hires; prepares and finalizes New Employee Orientation list.

Communicates with Background Vendor Investigators when background check reports and references are still pending.

Works with the Clinical Services Director and external University contacts to assist with internships placements.

Facilitation and administrative support for new employee orientations (NEO), including coordinating with IT and other departments on required onboarding needs for NEO.

Oversee the management of the internal and external job posting process, maintaining accurate records of active job openings and received applications.

Builds and maintains relationships with education institutions for internship placement.

Attends and participates in college job fairs, recruiting sessions and coordinating internal job fairs.

Assist with screening applications and select qualified candidates.

Assist with scheduling interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

May a-ssists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.

Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Minimum Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.

At least 1 year experience with all phases of the recruitment hiring processes highly preferred.

PHR or SPHR or SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.

Or, Equivalent combination of education and experience to be able to perform the essential functions is required.

Other Minimum Qualification & Requirements

Must be 21 years of age (licensing requirement).

Possess a valid Arizona drivers license and be insurable under the agencys automobile policy.

Must be able to provide DPS fingerprint clearance.

Must be able to meet training and agency compliance requirements for the position.
