Would you like to join Fortune 5 CVS Health as a part of our dynamic Human Resources Technology team? This role supports the CVS Health Systems for Compensation with routine cycles, tasks, reporting, and ad hoc projects. Tasks and projects will involve data analysis, testing and requires complete and effective communication to groups and teams on findings to help make strategic decisions, acting as the compensation Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will ensure all compensation system tasks are met and coordinated in support of our customers. This position has the responsibility of managing the compensation module in our systems in support of the enterprise for the various cycles on an annual basis. Consulting with our customers is a significant task for this role to support any tactical or strategic solutions. A large part of this role is performing high level business analyst duties, along with project managing and leading meetings or initiatives when needed.

Fundamental Components:

- Performs analysis and translates business needs to create high-quality Business Requirements and Functional Specifications documentation within specified time frames to solve moderately complex problems (multiple interfaces with other systems within a business unit) considering all impacted components from an end-to-end perspective.
- Ensures end-to-end traceability of requirements is complete, resolving any issues that arise throughout the projects.
- Applies specific functional and/or business expertise to perform assigned tasks and develop specific project deliverables.
- Conducts impact analysis of technology changes on business processes and existing technology.
- Competent to work with minimal supervision in a technical capacity on most phases of the business systems analysis.
- Contributes to the review of Test Planning and Test Execution strategies.
- Develops business workflow diagrams.
- Assists in the development of data models, data dictionaries and interface design specifications where applicable.
- Documents, tracks, and resolves issues related to data quality as it relates to compensation cycles.
- Contributes to the design and mapping of data conversion strategies where applicable.
- Participates in collaborative system and data design sessions with our various customer user community, technical resources, and development resources.
- Completes project activities on time and within budget, and proactively identifies and communicates issues that may jeopardize milestones or project budget to leadership and customers.
The successful candidate will:
- Lead multiple End to End related projects.
- Possess sound knowledge of structured IT and compensation cycles.
- Have the ability to successfully interact with business customers and peers.
- Possess superior communications skills, both verbal, written and presentation, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
- Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of system administrative and configuration of ERP and SaaS solutions such as SAP Successfactors, Oracle, or Workday.

3+ years of Business Analyst experience

Preferred Qualifications
Solid experience with IT processes related to Change Management, Release Management and SDLC.

Must be proficient in Excel, Word and strong communication skills.

SQL or equivalent reporting experience a plus.

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
