Job Description
This HRIS Analyst works in the centralized Human Resources office for Northwest Healthcare.
Provides support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development and training. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
Education
Required: Bachelors in HR, Business, System Analysis or relevant field; or equivalent experience.
Experience
Required: Four (4) years senior level experience in high volume data analyst role.
Preferred: Experience with HRIS or other database requiring data downloads/reporting. Extensive experience with Excel.
