Human Resource Generalist / Specialist-New Office Location

Founded in 1982, MBI Industrial Medicine, Inc. is a fast growing Arizona based company currently operating nine full service facilities staffed with medical professionals who provide the full spectrum of Occupational Medicine for employers and their employees and is currently looking for a HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST/SPECIALIST to join our team!

The HR Specialist will report to the Director of Operations and will work closely with the Executive Team.

Tasks include, but are not limited to;

Payroll Processing

Recruiting and Staffing of personnel

Organization Development

Employment and Compliance of Regulatory Concerns

Employee Orientation

Policy Development and Documentation

Employee Relations

Compensation and Benefits Administration

Employee Safety and Welfare

Employee Services and Counseling

Provider Credentialing

Administration of Medical Malpractice Insurance

Management of remote deposits

Management of Random Drug Screening Program

Compliance

PHR or SPHR preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; or equivalent of education and experience

Must have knowledge of payroll processes

Must be familiar with open enrollment processes

Basic knowledge of OSHA and work comp

Experience in the healthcare industry a plus
