Ventra Salem LLC is looking for an eager and enthusiastic Spring Intern to join our HR Team!
The ideal candidate will be Highly Motivated by accomplishment, and excited to partner with and learn from our Awesome Leadership Team!
The Human Resource Intern will assist the HR department and the manufacturing team on designing a training matrix project. The intern will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing production and project management experience. The intern will also assist with other HR administrative support functions:
- Timekeeping
- Scheduling and Setting up orientation
- Creating HR Reports
- File management Make copies Mail out HR communications (i.e. birthday cards)
- Update Employee Communications Bulletin board, TV Monitors and Facebook page
Knowledge and Skills
Experience or classroom training on designing a matrix is a plus
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and excellent customer service skills.
Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Educational training in DOL, EEOC, Title VII, GINA, ADA
Requirements
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development preferred.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Proven ability to effectively multi-task.
Self-motivation and ability to work independently prioritize and meet deadlines
