This is one of the most important roles at MORSCO because you are interfacing with the team that is building the business through their customer focus and operational expertise. YOUR BACKGROUND
* At least 5 years of experience in HR resolving complex team member relations issues.
* Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
* SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment required.
* Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
