Human Resources Business Partner
Job Description
Steward Medical Group at Hawthorn Medical is seeking a strong HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER to join our team. The successful candidate will be a valued partner to leadership and staff as they pursue their goal of providing top notch health care services to our community.
You will provide the full spectrum of human resources related services to your assigned business units, including:
Talent Acquisition: identify the areas top talent and assist leaders in attracting and retaining the best from recruiting strategy through the onboarding process; coordinate hiring events, work with schools for interns and coop students
Employee Engagement, Relations and Communications: collaborate with and coach leadership and staff, provide feedback, roll out corporate, regional and local initiatives, identify and communicate improvement opportunities; educate, engage and mediate to foster an environment
Compensation, Benefits and Recognition: assist with and conduct compensation analysis projects, drive participation in recognition programs; coordinate benefits fairs and ongoing communications throughout the year and at Open Enrollment
Compliance, Metrics and Reporting: develop, track and report on human resources related metrics; ensures compliance with state and federal regulations
The ideal candidate will possess:
A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field
Minimum 2 years HR generalist experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
Experienced using MS Office Suite is required, prior experience with Kronos, Healthcare source or similar HRIS/AT software is required
PHR Certification is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities within a high pressure environment.
