POSITION SUMMARY:
Assists the Director in planning, organizing, and coordinating the functions and activities of human resources, including wage and benefit administration, recruitment and retention activities, orientation, and training. Functions as a coordinator in benefits administration, employee relations, and other duties as defined below.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate with a Bachelors degree preferred; Human Resources Administration or Business Administration major. OR may have at least 5 years of HR experience.
- Two (2) years of experience in a progressively responsible Human Resources generalist position with working knowledge of the areas described in the position summary.
- Computer skill required is working knowledge of work processing and spreadsheet programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
