POSITION SUMMARY:

Assists the Director in planning, organizing, and coordinating the functions and activities of human resources, including wage and benefit administration, recruitment and retention activities, orientation, and training. Functions as a coordinator in benefits administration, employee relations, and other duties as defined below.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. College graduate with a Bachelors degree preferred; Human Resources Administration or Business Administration major. OR may have at least 5 years of HR experience.
  2. Two (2) years of experience in a progressively responsible Human Resources generalist position with working knowledge of the areas described in the position summary.
  3. Computer skill required is working knowledge of work processing and spreadsheet programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
