The Building Bridges to Hope: Human Trafficking Initiative from CPLC Parenting AZ is a trauma-informed and survivor-centered program that offers comprehensive case management services to adult survivors of trafficking in Maricopa County and parts of Pinal County.

POSITION SUMMARY

Program Case Manager will provide intensive case management to victims of human trafficking so they can attend to their health, build support groups, and lead productive and meaningful lives. Important job duties include: completing initial intake assessment, scheduling and transporting clients to appointments, facilitating group orientation, and completing community outreach and training events. Responsible for managing a challenging and vulnerable caseload of victims of human trafficking as referred by community partners. Ensure victims receive services consistent with the goals of self-sufficiency and independence.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Combination of education and experience normally represented by a Bachelor's Degree in a related social service or human service field with 1-3 years experience in providing direct services.
  • Must have competent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, professional, able to follow instructions, and handle emergencies.
  • Must have competent organizational skills, strong detail orientation, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong administrative and computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Other requirements :
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish language is required.
  • Valid AZ driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to show proof of registration/insurance. Must be 21 to drive on behalf of CPLC, Inc.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed per program requirements
  • Must pass background screening before start
  • Level One Fingerprint clearance or ability to obtain fingerprint clearance or ability to have within 60 days of employment; must maintain clearance
