The Building Bridges to Hope: Human Trafficking Initiative from CPLC Parenting AZ is a trauma-informed and survivor-centered program that offers comprehensive case management services to adult survivors of trafficking in Maricopa County and parts of Pinal County.
POSITION SUMMARY
Project Lead will provide administrative and targeted programs focused on resources and comprehensive services for victims of human trafficking. The services, including targeted programming, focused on employment, case assistance, health and wellness, and gender. Primary responsibilities focus on staff management, strategic program management, including planning, coordination, oversight of all services and activities, and logistical an information management.
The Project Lead is responsible for ensuring quality ant timely service provision in compliance with all federal, state, and internal requirements. The Project Lead is responsible for ensuring quality and timely service provision in compliance with all federal, state, and internal requirements. The Project Lead is responsible for training staff to meet all program requirements. The Project Lead directly supervises the Victims of Human Trafficking Case Manager.

Effective January 3, 2022, all CPLC Employees and all Service Providers, are required to be Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19. Newly hired employees, who are not Fully Vaccinated at the time of hire, are expected to begin a vaccination series immediately upon hire. CPLC recognizes medical and religious exemptions to the COVID-19 vaccination requirement, in accordance with applicable law and upon approval by CPLC. However, any person approved for an exemption, without exception, is subject to masking.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Background:
- High School Diploma or GED required and 4+ years of related experience; or
- Associates Degree in appropriate field of study and 3 years of related experience; or
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study and 2 years of related experience; or
- Master's degree in a related field of study with 1 year of related experience
- Must be able to work with individuals who have experienced trauma
- Experience providing direct services to individuals who have experienced trauma
- Experience providing case management services in a crisis environment
- Related work experience preferred.
- Ability to work in an active environment
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must have current Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to have within 60 days of employment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Must pass a background screening prior to start
Other requirements :
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish language is required.
- Valid AZ driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to show proof of registration/insurance. Must be 21 years of age to drive on behalf of CPLC, Inc.
