Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control utility systems including HVAC, PCW, CHW, CDA, and CT.
- Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions, alarms, and emergencies.
- Ensure uptime and quality for manufacturing by identifying tasks and improvements.
- Compile and maintain records of equipment status and testing schedules.
- Coordinate with Facility Maintenance Supervisor for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with various levels of the organization.
- Report operation progress and issues to Shift Leader.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within manufacturing or related industry.
- Proficient in mechanical systems and utilities within the industry.
- Relevant certifications preferred.
- Fluency in Korean preferred.
