How this role supports our mission:

The HVAC Manager is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance on all heating and air conditioning systems. Diagnose and repair the electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems. Required to have a strong mechanical and installation understanding of the tools and equipment that HVAC technicians use. Comply with all safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service.

What we require from you:

Special requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting and correcting diverse HVAC service issues required.
  • HVAC commercial contractor license required.
  • Type I and II certifications for refrigerants required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.

Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance on all heating and air conditioning systems

Diagnose and repair the electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these HVAC systems

Responsible for reporting safety, maintenance and security issues at Goodwill facilities.

Perform service calls as necessary.

Assists with inventory control of all maintenance equipment.

Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues, and filling out and submitting monthly vehicle inspection form.

Uses tools, equipment and vehicles properly, using safety equipment and safe work procedures.

Operates vehicles and equipment in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision.

Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and environments.

Ability to read, write, and speak English; follow written and verbal instruction.

Possess current AZ drivers license, and personal transportation with proof of auto insurance.
