Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will manage and support projects and programs related to Facility Development/Operational Readiness, New Products, and Enterprise-wide Initiatives. This includes creating and driving project schedules, identifying scope elements, analyzing and documenting business processes, tracking deliverables, conducting project meetings, and providing clear and concise communications. Under the guidance of the Director of Program Management this position will provide a variety of project support to leaders across the organization, at corporate and in the field. Alongside the Operations/Production teams this role will collaborate with cross-functional partners in Compliance/Legal, Real Estate and Facilities, Marketing, Finance, and several other departments.

Duties and responsibilities:

? Manage projects and programs for Facility Development/Operational Readiness, New Products, and Enterprise-wide Initiatives.

? Draft, maintain, and report on project schedules.

? Organize and drive tactical project meetings with cross-functional project leads to maintain timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project completion.

? Identify and track deliverables that Operations is responsible for and ensure these are met, while reporting on and mitigating risks.

? Visit active project sites and collaborate with local operations and construction teams to work through project completion and operational approval (i.e., state regulatory inspections).

? Create concise, professional presentations for leadership and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

? Bachelors degree in business, operational management, or related field. Comparable work experience may be considered.

? Project Management (CAPM or PMP) certification a plus.

? 5+ years of proven in depth Project Management experience with ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, including facilitating and/or directing teams.

? Industry related experience highly preferred.

? Experience in Operations administration, strategic planning and/or risk management support.

? Ability to design, direct, and manage data analytic efforts; comfortable at the summary and granular levels.

? Ability to organize and communicate complex tasks and effectively/efficiently identify and remediate project risks and/or issues.

? Excellent verbal and written communicator, formally and informally. Diplomatic with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management, and a clear vision of what determines a successful solution for the company.

? Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Project, and Google Suites.

? Experience with Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar task management tools highly desired.

? Demonstrated ability to work independently, efficiently, and to problem solve.

? Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask.

? Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail.

? Comfortable working in a dynamic work environment.

? Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities.

? Strong technical aptitude and displayed ability to grasp a general knowledge of multiple disciplines and technologies.

Working conditions

The position will operate both in a professional office environment and in the field. The role routinely uses standard office equipment and will require routine travel for direct oversight of projects development and progress, as well as attendance of company business, as necessary.

Physical requirements

Ability to bend and or stand as necessary, open cabinets and move and/or lift products. Ability to climb step stools and/or ladders.

Possess manual dexterity and hand - eye coordination

On occasion, this position may also require lifting up to 50 lbs.
