Industrial Security Analyst
Location: Vienna, VA

We are seeking an outstanding Industrial Security professional with at least 3 years of experience in US Industrial Security to join our dynamic Legal, Compliance and Ethics team. The successful candidate will be located in Vienna, Virginia, and report to the Head of Global Industrial Security The position requires a team player who can provide careful work product with minimal supervision in a very fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
-Overall responsibility for ServiceNow US Regulated Market Cloud access administration
-Responsible for ServiceNow compliance, training and audit support as it relates to the US Regulated Market Cloud access and user profiles.
-Supports US Customer access to US Regulated Market Cloud
-Supports and advises the establishment of International Regulated Market Cloud access administration
-Serves as the assistant Facility Security Officer, supporting the National Industrial Security Program as it relates to Personnel Clearances, Contract Administration, and Access Requests
Requirements
-Bachelors degree from an accredited university
-3+ years of experience, preferably with Industrial Security or Cloud Access
-Prior experience with OPM and OMB personnel Screening requirements
-Ability to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance at the Top Secret level or above
-Self-motivated, with the ability to manage and regularly prioritize workload to meet deadlines and adjust to fluctuations in workload
-Possesses a practical, real world, collaborative approach to problem solving in the context of enterprise sales with the ability to make sound decisions and exercise good judgment
-Ability to remain flexible in a changing business environment
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Ability and willingness to learn International Industrial Security regimes, especially in Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia
