Job Description

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing environment by handling plumbing, piping, and mechanical parts installations, as well as performing preventative maintenance on machinery. The ideal candidate will be proficient in mechanical systems and knowledgeable about building and plumbing codes.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and control utility systems including HVAC, PCW, CHW, CDA, and CT.
Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions, alarms, and emergencies.
Ensure uptime and quality for manufacturing by identifying tasks and improvements.
Compile and maintain records of equipment status and testing schedules.
Coordinate with Supervisor for repairs and preventive maintenance.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with various levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Technical Degree/Certification or Equivalent Preferred.
Working knowledge of the electrical and mechanical maintenance process
Critical thinking
Ability to troubleshoot and detect malfunctioning
Excellent time management skills.
Able to execute all orders and/or demands in a timely manner
Ability to handle basic tools
Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively and without assistance
Strong knowledge of safety precautions
Able to tolerate a fast-paced work environment in areas that are not climate-controlled
Assertive, able to cope with pressure, a team player

Physical Qualifications:

Lifting up to 50lbs
Walking and standing for 90% of work shift
