Min = $71,705.238
Mid = $89,631.547
Max = $107,557.857

Summary:

The Informatics Analyst I is responsible for providing analysis, build, implementation, support, maintenance, development and coordination of activities of assigned applications and acts as a liaison between vendors, teams, customers and technical staff. Should be knowledgeable about policies, procedures, and operations in a healthcare setting. Participates in regular day-to-day communication with other project teams and works with vendors and community based Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the application build will fit the organizations and community integration needs. Participates in the development of workflows, data collection and analysis, reporting, and other technical issues associated with the use of the application software. Participates in developing and documenting the standard build procedures that will be used in conjunction with other vendor applications.

Responsibilities:

Analysis / Build: Awareness of and participates in analysis, build, testing, documentation and implementation of optimization or projects related to informatics, working with preceptor, team or leader as necessary to complete assigned tasks. Project Plan / Lead: Project Plan development, maintenance and adherence to expectations and cost constraints; Completes/maintains project management application training and participates in assigned tasks as part of identified ITSC approved projects; Demonstrates documentation of time spent on projects. Maintenance: Awareness and completion of Service Catalog and maintenance items required for assigned applications; Demonstrates competency in process with utilization of preceptor, team or leader for questions/escalations. Change Control / Testing: Completes application training used to track change control tickets and process; Demonstrates awareness and adherence to change control process and procedures. Ensures workflow and software changes are clearly communicated with Trainers and/or end users. Training: Reviews and demonstrates understanding of training process i.e. Tip & Trick creation, EHR communication; Collaborate with Trainers to utilize, create, update and/or provide Tips & Tricks documents or other methods to communicate changes to end users. Problem Solving / Support: Performed work is under close supervision or with a detailed set of instructions; Duties are some what routine, requiring occasional independent action and judgment; Analyst, per QLIK statistics/Service Level Agreement (SLA) completes all tickets assigned within the following Metrics: -88% of all Incidents completed under <10 days AND> 88% Service Desk Requests completed in under <50 days. Reporting / Dashboards / Data Extract and Exchange: Learns and demonstrates an awareness of reporting tools and assists end users in identifying the appropriate tool to obtain the required information. Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this position will have EPIC Professional Billing experience.

Healthcare care experience is referred

REQUIRED: Associate's Degree in a related field and 0-1 years related experience (healthcare setting experience or related OR 0-1 years technical setting experience or hold Electronic Health Record certification/credentials)
