Job Description
IT Hygiene is seeking an Advisor who will support the CVS Health enterprise management of IT Hygiene practices. As an advisor, you will demonstrate a solid understanding of the IT Hygiene practices and be able to support adherence to our controls in support of Asset Management, Vulnerability Management and Brand Protection. Must be able to constantly seek to improve and mature the processes in place, that will drive success for the overall practice(s) in protection of the enterprise. Willingness to learn and engage in other practices within IT Hygiene.

Required Qualifications
5 years of Information Security experience which includes:
* Knowledge of networking fundamentals (all OSI layers)
* Understanding of various operating systems (Window, UNIX, Linux, AIX, etc.)
* Multi-tasking and extreme efficiency in time management and prioritization
* Ensures transparency and continuity in all effort, removing single points of failure
* Able to have discussions and communicate technical requirements to business personnel
* Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills
* Ability to report issues clearly and concisely to stakeholders and senior leadership as needed
* Self-starter who drives a positive, can-do attitude and interacts with all levels of Enterprise with courtesy and maturity

Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrate clear understanding of key security controls within IT Hygiene and how to measure the effectiveness of those controls, i.e. through KPIs
* Collaborate with various entities across the enterprise to ensure compliance to the controls and drive results to demonstrate effectiveness and efficiency
* Identify and validate key controls to address IT and business risks and work with various teams to address identified deficiencies and help identify compensating controls
* Seek to mature IT Hygiene practices, for example Asset Management, Brand Protection, ensuring an ongoing focus on continual improvement
* Ensure dependencies between practices are communicated to the appropriate parties regularly, for example, Asset Management feeds Vulnerability Management
* Support and coordinate audit and assessment responses for IT Hygiene, as needed
* Create documentation in the form of SOPs, Runbooks, guides on an as needed basis to help capture IT Hygiene practices
* Ability to quickly become familiar with tools and processes that support IT Hygiene controls
* Evaluate new vendors to ensure IT Hygiene is apprised of current technologies in support of the IT Hygiene strategy.

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
