This program is a full-time opportunity that starts on June 12, 2023.

CVS Healths IT Enterprise is seeking early-in-career talent to apply for the IT Leadership Development Program (LDP). The LDP accelerates talent development through enterprise-wide rotational experience, extensive training opportunities and exposure to senior leadership. This means you are high potential the moment you join the program, and receive specialized support, coaching/mentoring, and roles designed for your personal and professional growth.

Following a cohort-based model, the incoming LDP class will be a small community of motivated and talented individuals seeking to transform the health care landscape through IT innovations and practices. This two-year rotational program will help jump-start your IT career at CVS, providing you with a broad range of skills, knowledge and experiences.

Rotations in CVS Healths IT Enterprise functions include:
* Enterprise Delivery
Creating process efficiencies, minimizing rework, improving quality, and delivering on all commitments on time and on budget
* Enterprise Information Security
Protecting CVS Health IT systems and the information of our customers, clients, and partners to enable trusted delivery of healthcare services
* Enterprise Products
Delivering and operating enterprise technology assets
* Enterprise Technology Services
Providing a flexible infrastructure to run our business technology (data centers, cloud, etc.) and enabling our colleagues
* Health Care Benefits IT Delivery
Working closely with our health care business and affiliate partners, as well as the enterprise IT organization to provide delivery strategy, solutions, and production support
* IT Colleague and Business Services
Driving the strategy, delivery and operation of technology solutions that enable our colleagues and enhance the operating performance of the Information
* Retail IT
Developing and supporting all the functionality of retail aspects of store operations while providing colleagues with the tools to enhance collaboration and productivity across the enterprise
* Pharmacy Service Segment IT
Enabling growth and accelerating innovation by delivering effective, efficient, and resilient technology solutions and services.
* Technology Architecture and Innovation
Turns Vision into Action by synthesizing knowledge across the organization, providing impactful insight and advice, and by amplifying technologys part in driving the transformation of CVS Health

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 46,400
Maximum: 97,400

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

COVID Requirements

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated leadership experience. Examples include active roles in student or social organization activities, sports, or school or work-related projects
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Internship or work experience in related field such as business or healthcare
* Interest in the healthcare industry
* Proficiency with suite of Microsoft Products
* Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.

Education
* Be currently pursuing a bachelors degree
* Have an anticipated graduation date between May 2022 and August 2023
* Have a major(s)/concentration in Information Technology, Computer Science or related major
