Provide instructional mentoring to new to the profession teachers. In addition to mentoring, Instructional Mentors provide professional development in areas such as Florida Standards, culture and climate, implementing instructional strategies aligned to the Marzano Instructional Framework, classroom management, analyzing student work, differentiated instruction, and supporting ELL and students with special needs.
