Classified Non-Exempt Position: Instructional Technology Trainer
Position Summary:
The Instructional Technology Trainer uses a comprehensive knowledge of technology to facilitate technology use in schools and teach best practices in instructional strategies and the learning process. This individual
provides ongoing professional development for technology solutions used throughout the District to support District initiatives focused on strengthening students 21st Century skills. The Instructional Technology Trainer
instructs students and staff to promote the effective use of technology in teaching and learning and participates in school-based PLC discussions, school and district meetings and trainings. The Instructional Technology Trainer
creates a variety of training materials for face-to-face, blended learning and online learning opportunities for staff and students for Canvas, Synergy, Schoolnet, and technologies used in the classroom and throughout the District.

Supervises: Certified and/or Classified Staff as assigned
Training and Experience:- Bachelors degree.
- Prior experience as a teacher, instructor or trainer.
Salary Placement: Appropriate placement on the
Grade 20
