- Supervises and teaches residents and medical students in classroom and clinical settings
- Provides patient care in the inpatient and outpatient settings affiliated with a Level 1 Trauma Center
- Engages in research and scholarships, Participates in departmental, hospital and institutional committees
- Ensures compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Adheres to institutional and departmental policies and procedures
- Demonstrated professionalism in accordance with Paul L. Foster School of Medicine's Declaration of Faculty Professional Responsibility

- Regional or emerging national reputation for the rank of Associate Professor or higher

- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program
- Successful completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship Program
