Major/Essential Functions
- Provides patient care in the areas of physical medicine and rehabilitation in hospital and outpatient settings
- Instructs and supervises medical students and surgery residents
- Performs EMG/nerve conduction studies, ultrasound guided procedures, fluoroscopy guided procedures, injections of the spine/joints, nerve stimulators and blocks
- Conducts clinical research and/or produces scholarship related to physical medicine and rehabilitation as well as trauma
- Ensures compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Adheres to institutional and departmental policies and procedures
- Demonstrates professionalism in accordance with the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine's Statement of Faculty Professional Responsibility

Preferred Qualifications
- Board certification in physical medicine and rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Strong work ethics
- Experience in teaching students and residents
- Experience in conducting research and publishing scientific reports
- Emerging or established regional and national reputation for the rank of associate professor or higher
