The Washington, D.C. office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a mid-senior level associate to join its International Trade, Investment and National Security practice. Substantive experience with export controls, economic sanctions compliance, investigations, and licensing is required. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience working through regulatory compliance issues under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) of the State Department, economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
