Job Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is hiring for an Inventory Analyst in the Pompano Beach area. This is an on-site position for a medical manufacturer and distributor.
Pay: 55K+ depending on experience
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day analysis, control, and management of inventory
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy and reliability
- Schedule and track the supply and delivery of goods into the warehouse
- Resolve delays in scheduling and delivery with freight forwarders and communicate any delays to Operations and Customer Service teams
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners across multiple time zones on issues related to shipping, and packaging
- Communicate production delays to internal stakeholders in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate item records and recent pricing information
Requirements:
- Inventory Analysis, Control, and Management skills
- Experience with inventory management software (NetSuite's purchasing module is a plus)
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong analytical and communication skills to identify problems and present solutions
- Proficiency in using MS Office: VLookup and Pivot Tables
