Invoicer
Location: East Tampa
Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4:30 PM
Salary: $20 - $28 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role
Diversified Sourcing Solutions has partnered with an industry-leading HVAC Service Firm in East Tampa and we are currently seeking a detail-oriented Invoicer. This is a full-time position offering a competitive wage between $20 and $28 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
- Process credit memos.
- Update customer files with issued invoices.
- Update the customer master file with contact information.
- Track exceptions between the shipping log and invoice register.
- Enter invoices into customer invoicing websites.
- Submit invoices by electronic data interchange.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an invoicer.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g. QuickBooks).
- Attention to detail and ability to spot numerical errors.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- High school diploma; further education will be a plus.
