Job Description
Navy Federal Credit Union seeks ISD Engineer III in Vienna, VA (Part-time telecommuting permitted) to create, develop, and maintain advanced functional knowledge of the latest IT engineering industry technologies, concepts, and trends.
The position requires a Bachelor’s* degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience with Software Methodologies SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Software development, ServiceNow and Cloud Services. *Employer will accept a single degree or combination of degrees, diplomas and/or professional experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree. Or a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and one (1) year of experience with Software Methodologies SDLC, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Software development, ServiceNow and Cloud Services.
Must have 1 year of prior experience in each of the following: Experience with reporting and dashboard using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Crystal Reports; Experience with automation tools including ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Orchestrator; Experience with Oracle10g and MySQL databases; Experience with JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, XML, Jelly, AngularJS; Experience with Service Now tools including: Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, Developer Studio, Crystal Reports, Dashboards, Discovery, Event Management Dashboard, CMDB, Integration Hub, App Engine Studio; Experience with Azure and AWS cloud; Experience with ServiceNow ITSM,ITOM,GRC,IT Asset Management, IT Business Management and CSM(Customer Service Management); and Experience in Software development, ServiceNow and Cloud Services(Azure & AWS).
