*Commute into New Albany, OH every other week schedule*

As an IT Analyst on the Wholesale Desktop Support Team , you will be working to provide timely technical responses to inquiries from American Health Holdings (AHH) and CVS employees. The main responsibilities of the position will include establishing Initial contact, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues for employees. This will involve initial setup, hardware, software, network connectivity issues. You will also be providing logistical support to AHH for ordering and deploying/shipping equipment for new employees. You will be required to function as an on call resource for after-hour issue resolution. You will be reporting to the Manager of AHH IT Lan team. In addition to the front-line customer service aspect, you will be assisting the AHH development team with the deployment of updated application code to various IIS servers. You will also assist the CVS server team with the deployment of security and code updates to the IIS and application servers. The underlying O/S is MS Windows based for the desktop and server environments. This position will require the ability to escalate issues when needed and follow-up with other departments to ensure resolution of the reported issues and assigned tasks. There are on-line information resources and training available to assist you with troubleshooting issues and increasing your knowledge base. These issues are reported and resolved in an incident ticket tracking system. The candidate must be customer centric and render assistance in a timely and efficient manner. The candidate will also be required to support our Mailroom operations from time to time. This role is a hybrid role of one week support in the office and one week from home on a rotating bases.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 19.50
Maximum: 38.99

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of Technical Help Desk experience
2+ years of Technical experience in a MS windows networked environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Good communication skills
proficient with Windows and Office products

Education
High School diploma required
